Capitol RecordsSam Smith is getting fans excited about his long-awaited sophomore album, The Thrill of It All, by releasing an album trailer video.
In the two-minute video, we see Sam, his band and a gospel choir working on recording various songs from the new album, including the singles “Too Good at Goodbye” and “Pray.” The only time he speaks directly to the camera is when he appears to apologize for burping — or worse — in the vocal booth.
“Sorry, sorry, I was just getting some gas out,” he says sheepishly.
The Thrill of It All is coming November 3.
